How to delete your Moviely data

We hold no copy of your records, so deletion happens on your device. Steps:

  1. If you signed in with Apple, open Profile and tap Delete account. Firebase data and the sign-in record are removed and the Sign in with Apple token is revoked.
  2. You can export your data in settings before deleting.
  3. Delete the app from your iPhone to erase the local shelf, ratings and notes.

What happens after deletion

Local data is removed permanently. It can be restored only from a backup, if you made one.

If something does not work, write to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion.
