Smart Word Search Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Smart Word Search app for iOS. By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store rules.
Your data
Records you create belong to you. You are responsible for backups; deleting the app removes local data permanently.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We try to keep it free of errors but cannot guarantee that, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of reference information in the app.
Third-party data
Some information may come from third-party services listed in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
Purchases
If the app has paid features, they are bought through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
